Title: Marquis hot tub super jets not working

So at first I thought maybe that 2nd pump wasnt working...but it is... I looked in the control panel and made sure all connections were secure. So the normal pumps turn on, it heats works, etc... However, the "zone 3" or super jets do not come on... any suggestions for what to do next?

Zone 3 means it could have a third pump.  Is there a 3rd pump in another panel?

What is the serial number and model name?

So there is not third pump, just the two... This is a Marquis Coastal Destiny Model year 2000....DTCS361-0800847.... There are three small panels that all say zone three around the hot tub, none will trigger the power jets.
