The leak is at the blue line more towards the center of the pic ,at a coupling. How do I remove this and repair this major leak, it is from ice damage I think. It is packed with foam and I removed quite a bit. Do I have to cut a hole in bottom of the base to access this area,? This is on the manifold and there are 8 lines attached to this and its a tight area. any tips or suggestions would be appreciead.

Your tubs only 2 years old why don't you call your dealer, and you seem to be the original owner, not bought from some lady??

if it is in fact at the coupling on what appears to be rigid pipe its going to be a severe pain in the you know what...you going to have to dig it back as far as possible and cut it with probably a "wire saw" in order to fit new couplings and a piece of flex pipe in there

I'm not entirely sure you have freeze damage there. Usually when/if I see freeze damage it's at the pump housing/ pump unions or heater housing. Not buried in foam at a manifold/connection. And freeze damage is most times a big crack, not a drip, from a glue joint.

good point maybe they will warranty it, the pic don't show it , but the coupling is split /broke, all the way around
