Envoy $10,045.
Vista $10,845.
Prices include steps, cover (but not lifter, which was $465), 2 months of chemicals, delivery and set up (not incl electrical).
This was the first price the Hot Spring dealer gave me, and despite what I consider to be my excellent negotiating skills, she would not come down on the price at all or throw in anything else like the cover lifter. 9% sales tax is additional.

They must have decided to go to the sale price they need to hold to from the get go. It might have given you a better feeling if they'd have priced them each $400 more and then dropped it that same amount when you countered to make you feel better but those are good prices. Thats the top of the line lifter so I understand them not wanting to toss it in for free but if you are ready to buy you might tell them you'll meet the spa price if they sell you the lifter at cost.
