Title: Refill spa frog cartridge

I have read in the forums that some users of spa frog cartridges have successfully refilled a spent cartridge. How do you access the cartridge without damaging its integrity?

I remember folks trying that a few years ago, but since then they have changed the cartridges. I don't believe you can open them any longer.
