I have been looking at jacuzzi. We wet tested the 470. I loved the special jets. Do you guys think that it is worth the extra money than the 365?
Also I have been on their website and keep seeing info about a truck sale. Is there really a big savings there or at a home show or is my local dealer pretty much on spot. I live outside phila which is a big market and there are always home shows.
Lastly what do you do if service is not being done well by your local dealer what options do you have.
Thanks

When we where shopping we really loved the 480 after the wet test. We went back a week later after the dealer filled a 355, i hoped to love the feel of the 355 and save a few bucks as i didnt really think we needed the "extras" of the 400's. But after climbing in and out of the 2 tubs for about a hour we just didnt like the feel of the 355 as well. It was a really big difference in the comfort for me and my wife. We wet tested other brands as well and was amazed at the difference in feel even within the same brand. I can say with big letters "WET TEST", every persons shape and size and needs are different.

All due respect to our 300 series owners around here, but if you can afford it, the 470 is fantastic. After extensive research, I bought mine a few months ago, and it's great!
