Title: Jacuzzi pricing
Post by: Kiddoc1997 on November 25, 2012, 01:24:45 pm
Hi everyone.  This is my first post.  I have been reading for awhile and have found your info very useful.  I am getting ready to buy a hot tub.  I wet tested artesian and jacuzzi and we preferred jacuzzi.  There are not a lot of dealers near me.  Do you guys suggest any other.  Does marquis stack up.

The main reason I am posting is pricing info.  I went to the jacuzzi dealer.  He told me they were having a year end close out and sale on in stock.  He quoted me 8995 for the j 365 no stereo.  He quoted me 12395 for j 470 with stereo for in stock one and same price for new one.  Are these prices really discounted?  I received similar pricing from another place not in stock.  Also do you find that pricing at a home show or jacuzzi truck sale is actually better.  There is a big home shoe coming in a couple months.

Thanks for the help

Price on the 400 series looks fair. I recieved prices a little above and a little below your quote from the 3 different place I visited.

Yeah, the 470 price seems ok.

up in Canada I just paid $10500 for a j355 2011 floor model. The more I read the more I feel like I over paid.... Your prices sound great to me.

Get a quote without the stereo and go with that option would be my advice, and then negotiate from there.

You should be able to get either the J-470 or J-480 for 10K plus taxes.  I really like the radio and think it's worth another $500 or $600.

Your J365 quote is almost 1K higher than I was quoted, w/o stereo.
