I have been doing bunches of research and visiting different stores. I have my hot tub choices down to the Jacuzzi J-235 and Hot Spot Relay (both comparible in features and price). I welcome any feedback on either or both.
Many thanks in advance for your help.

Welcome to the forum. I know I could have been comfortable in both. Does either dealer impress you more?

I went back and forth between the J245 and Hot Spot. Decided to go with the J245 (same as 235 without the lounger). I liked the dealer and price... J245 was about $800 less than Hot Spot. We've had it for about a month and love it! Received a lot of helpful advice from the forum!

I'm leaning more to the J235, mainly because I like the dealer better. There's not much difference in price:
J235 - $5999 includes cover, initial chemicals, install
Relay - $6100 includes cover, stairs, initial chemicals, install
And I've seen the J235 filled and in action (though I haven't wet tested it). The Relay, I've only seen in the brochure though they have other models on the floor (or rather, in the back of the warehouse).

Obviously seeing it in action doesn't really tell you anything, try to get a wet test. In reality both are very viable options.
