Thinking about getting a Caldera Vanto spa. Would appreciate any feedback. Thanks.

We have the Caldera Vanto. It was installed this summer. We have loved every minute of it! However....now that the weather is getting colder, we are finding that the water cools off too rapidly and is no longer enjoyable. My husband and I were in last night. The starting temp was 104, but cooled to 99 after 40 minutes. The outside temp was 35-38 degrees. I will be contacting my dealer today for help. I have been reading online that the newer spas cannot be set past 104, but I am not sure why ours isn't holding the temp. I did use a thermometer and checked with that. Our spa is nearly 2 degrees cooler than the displayed temp. Overall, a great tub! I will update with the info from the dealer.

Are the jets on most/all of that 40 minutes?
