Title: Jacuzzi Skimmer Filter

Help!  Had some friends over the other night and now our skimmer filter is stuck and I can't lift it up.  Any suggestions on how to get it off?  Thanking you in advance!

Welcome to the forum,

I'm just starting to look at these tubs so I'm not familiar with their skimmer. Can  you reach inside down below the filter and see if something got sucked into the filter compartment and is jamming the skimmer?  Our Jacuzzi experts will probably be around shortly.

  If it's a 400 series which it sounds like you just need to pull up on it really hard!    Then tell people to quit sitting on it!     I have heard Jacuzzi is going to change it at some point to the new style as in the J-495
