Title: Bahia Circ Pump Inoperable- Except

2006 Sundance Bahia. Circulation pump will not function unless under the following conditions:
Heating
When jet pumps are on

Actions taken:
Replaced flow switch. Did have a FL1 error when changing temperature downward prior to changing the flow switch. Pump would also shut off.
New filter
Replaced circuit with original OEM part 6600-288

Any insight is greatly appreciated!

Hold the + and - btn down at the same time for about 5 to 10 seconds, you will get a f series display, you want it no higher than F3 other than that if its really hot where you are it could be just in a summer logic mode?
