Title: Explain Whirlpoolparts PLEASE!

Hi, i am new in this Forum and there are some questions. perhaps someone can help me please.
I bought a house and there was a Hot Tube included. I have no idea what to do and there are no manuals where i can look at... so i have a few questions.

what can be seen on the pictues below? this red "buttons" what are they for?
