Title: Heating Issue

Newbie here.

I have a Hot Spring Sovereign that I bought in 2002.  Everything runs well, but it does not get as hot as it used to.  The hottest it will reach is about 95.  Do I just replace the heater or are there other things I should check and replace?

It's the Heater Relay Board.
