After powering on the jacuzzi and powering Pump 2 I get a Ono or an On5 any ideas?
Thanks

I don't know what that error is,what model Jacuzzi do you have?
-
It is a j340 2002.
The code shows up after I turn the pump off.

I wil look it up in my book tomorrow for ya. Sure doesn't ring a bell?

So I looked through my old service training book and there is no error like that.
Here is a list
Sn1
Sn3
ICE1
ICE2
FLO1
FLO2
OH
PnL

E###
HOT
COOL
PLUG
Thats it. I have not done a google search to see what might come op, but typically pump 2 does not cause an error code?
I am gonna call Jacuzzi next. Just called them and talked to there service guy. He had never heard of that one either. So not sure whats going on? Does the pump come on or just click?
-
It comes on both speeds and sounds good then starts to loose pressure. I turn it off and every other time that error code pops up. Figured it was Oh but it really is an Ono or On5. On search so far it doesn't show up. The water level is an inch below the headrest. I could switch the filters and see if they are causing it.
Thanks

I just talked to my tech. He asked if the error flashes off and on or if it stays there. He also said he has seen it before but it goes away and the pump works fine and it's nothing to worry about. So does the spa seem to be working like it should regardless of the error?
-
Flashes quickly and goes away in about 2 seconds. The code shows up when the pump is having what seems to be a suction issue (best I could come up with). The second it happens I turn the pump off. Just realized I may have mixed up the pump number it is the pump that controls the waterfall and righy corner seat. I plan to take the filter off and add a little more water to see if either of those are the issue. Let me know if you have any other questions or recommendations.

Pump 1 draws from a filter and a suction. Like you mentioned try the filter see if it act the same. There is not alot that will cause a pump to do that. Pump 1 filter is the one without the screen where the filter screws into.

I will try it tonight.
Thanks

It seems like the water level was low and the cover was not seated correctly. Still get the Ono after turning the pump off but the pump no longer sounds odd. Some of the jets are not working should I take them out and soak in vinegar or just replace?
Thanks
Dave

Kind of your call on the jets, replacing them is not cheap but not terrible. Probably do better going on line price wise, most sites will have pics so you can match up the right jets. If they are the smaller ones go with the directional vs the spinner type. Way longer life span.
-
Will do on the jets, any place better than the other online.
Had the tub getting hotter when it reached 85 the gfci shut off when I turned it back on the Oh appeared, is that just the heat sensor?
I appreciate your help.

More than likely a bad temp sensor. We replace my 1 HL (high limit) a year if that.
-
The temp seems to display the correct water temp so I assumed it must be the high limit as the display says 88 and that is the correct temp. If it is still the bad temp sensor that is fine and I will try that. Not sure where to order though.
Appreciate the help.

Never used them but here you go. Could be the high limit if your temp is accurate. Did you check it with another source?

I just used a cooking temp and it said 93 which is what the tub said. Would that lead you to the high temp or control board?
-
Shut the unit down for 20 min, turn it back on and see if it starts heating. Dont run any main pumps if it goes into OH it is most likely to be the high limit. If it doesn't just let it heat up and see what happens, could have just been a glitch or a spa brain fart. If it's a bad enough issue it will show up again.
-
it does appear. I will order Hi Limit and go from there, have to get a few new jets and othing things anyways. Gives me time to fiqure out what chems to run.
Thanks

Installed the hi limit sensor this evening and it turned the tub off within a few minutes. Reset and it has been heating up to 94 so far and the jets go on without an error message. Will see if it keeps going to 100 or so.
-
Temp went to 100 as was set at but a FL2 error appeared. Fix one thing the next appears.
