Has anyone used Naturel Spa?

It claims a chemical-free spa, no balancing, and no changing water for a year. They are based out of the San Diego area.

Is it too good to be true?

the only methods that are approved safe from the EPA are: Chlorine, Bromine, Baqua, and silver ion/mps...anything beyond that is a crap shoot.
