After 9 years I may be done with Dynasty. Even with a serial number they can't tell me squat about my hot tub. I took pictures of it and was going to email it to them. I called them at 4:50 I called them and got in the phone queue. They picked up the phone immediately hung it up and put it on after hours mode. >:(
