Title: 2011 Jacuzzi J-345 stopped working after thunderstorm
Post by: wallaced on January 28, 2012, 12:04:31 pm
We had a big thunderstorm and now our J-345 doesn't work.  Had an eletrician check the power supply and it is good, but Jacuzzi is completely dead.  Any suggestions that we can do ourselves to see if there's an easy fix while we wait for the repairman to come in a few days?

Thanks so much!

Is it that there is no display, no jets, or is the spa completely dead?  Anything else in your home not working?  I have dealt with hot tubs that get fried after a severe thunderstorm, but generally speaking, other parts of the home are suffering too.  You said you had your electrician already out there.  Is the breaker holding?  Give us as much info as you can.

Did the electrician check the breaker , on the spa did he check the transformer fuse bad or did he check the fuses on the circuit board,
