Title: Cover Question

Hey guys -

I've had some challenges unrelated to the tub, so I actually haven't fired it up yet.  But its here, in place and covered.  The other day I lifted 1/2 the cover and a lot of water (in my opinion) poured into the tub.  The water had been trapped between the foam and the vinyl cover and I was surprised how much of it was trapped inside.  I figure this is bad and warrants a call to my dealer? 

My concern is that if water is getting trapped, it'll be heavy, weigh down and eventually warp the cover.  Also, what happens in the winter time when it freezes? 

Note: this is definitely rain penetration from somewhere, the tub is currently off and empty.

You just got your spa right?  That sounds like a bad cover, and definitely needs to be replaced by the manufacturer/dealer.
