Title: Another sign of fall
Post by: wmccall on September 07, 2011, 07:08:43 am
We soaked last night for the first time this season with the tub at 104F.   Felt good after straining hip muscles in a half marathon last weekend.

We've barely slipped into the 50s the last couple of nights. I'm just about 150 SE of you.

I'm just glad my tub isn't floating down the Brandywine ...Nothing but rain rain rain here..so much rain from all the hurricanes. At least we aren't getting the winds but it just won't stop raining..wish I could send it to my friends in Texas battling the wild fires.

I am in Santa Cruz where we have had ZERO summer until yesterday! We finally got above 80, warm bright sun and cool evenings. So we have both phenomenon's occurring : the trees are turning yellow and orange, leaves falling and summer has finally arrived! Goddess country for sure 8)

I use to live in Ben Lomond, back in '85.  Definitely God's country.  If you'd like to relocate to Michigan, maybe we could do a swap.  :)   Salmon should be hot out there in the bay right about now.

I graduated from Bethany University, which just closed, in Scott's Valley!
