After 3 long months of shopping, wet testing, creating a patio space in 110 degree weather as we were able, my LA Spas H.E.ET arrived today!!! She was installed, hooked up to electricity, then we waited patiently while she filled with her first water. She was 84 degrees when full, then up to 86 as I added the first chemicals as my dealer instructed. We changed into suits, grabbed towels, and headed out the back door to get in!! It was a little cool, but we managed to get somewhat comfortable in there, considering it had been 106 degrees a few hours earlier while they were installing her. And then...5 minutes in...as we played with the knobs, trying to figure out which nobs did what... LIGHTNING!!! GRRRRRR!!! Stupid Oklahoma weather!!! lol

True but it gets really hot where the lightning makes contact. Imagine that, ligthning in Oklahoma, what an oddity. Next thing you know they'll have a rare sighting of a tornado.
