Per the website, and I paraphrase:
"Mike showed up and I helped him muscle the spa into place."
Mike must be the guy who pulls up in the rickety pickup, levers the spa off the back with a couple 2 X 4's, pulls off the garbage bag/duct tape wrap, and then asks his customer to risk a couple dozen chiropratic visits by making them "muscle" their own spa into place.
Wonder how much this super custom delivery set poor Myron back?

Actually their method for removing the spa from the truck is quite ingenious. They tie a strap to a tree, secure it around the spa and from there all it takes is a heavy foot on the gas pedal and the flatbed truck zips away with the spa suspended in midair. Sure, it then falls straight down to the ground (similar to the manner in which Wile E. Coyote is suspended in midair when he runs beyond the edge of the cliff before dropping like a rock) but due to it's superior design the fall leaves little damage.

No but remember, it's Cal's case against him, not the other way around. He has no reason to sue anyone but a few have plenty of reason to sue him.
