Title: Sundance Optimia 880 Water Fall lights
Post by: jbduffy1 on June 24, 2011, 08:02:43 am
The LED bar has been defective twice since I purchased spa. Dealer fixed it once. But no I am being told that the part is under warrentee...but the labor is not. Where can I but the light bar..the internet doesnt really sell it...is this always going to be breaking?

see if you can get it from your dealer, and tell you will swap it out...he will probably request the old one back so he gets reimbursed for the part cost...

How old is the tub ?  When was the LED bar last replaced ?  How long were the terms of the original warrentees ?  Have you contacted the manufacturer ?  Many times, a manufacturer will extend a warrentee for a known problem item, on an individual basis.  They won't publicise the problem, but may respond to indivdual customer complaints.
