hi new here i have a hydropool 575 gold and it was working great ,we had a windy snow storm yesterday, checked hottub today and the little door on gfi box was loss and snow got blown in and the gfi was triped wouldn't reset , tried to dry it with blow dryer, kept tripping, the hottub dealer said i must of blown the breaker, went and bought a new one and replaced it and keeps triping, Can anybody HELP

Try testing the breaker with no load. Diconnect the spa. See if the GFI/Breaker is still tripping. If not it is the spa causing the problem. If it still trips something else is going on. (wiring) Be safe.

You need to isolate the incoming power to your tub, just likes Socal said , if it trips its an issue from the disconnect to the main box.... if it does not trip, it would be the tub now causing it......did any moisture get in the control box in the spa

It probably a single item causing the issue and often it ends up being the ozonator or heater. You could also disconenct them one at a time and see if either of them is causing the issue .
