Title: REplacing top side control on J385

I am replacing the top-side control unit on a J385.  The cables run through a black plastic housing and into the main control panel.  How do you get the cables out of the black plastic housing?  I have unscrewed the housing from the side of the control panel.  But the cables run through a narrow white plastic housing (inside the black housing) and I don't see where it unscrews any more.

Can you take a picture of the white/box area??

 The black fitting comes out or you can push the fitting/connector through the fitting but you have to be careful.
