Title: jet stream 5000 spa pack pump1/light not working

I have a hydropool hot tub with a jet stream 5000 pack in it. It is fairly old but i noticed today the water is circulating but the pump 1 and light are not working on my control panel. The heater is functioning fine on the board. I tried blowing on the lines to see if the light switch and pump 1 would turn on but nothing. could this be a relay problem?
