Criminal damage

ATWATER — An Atwater resident reported the straps were cut on his hot tub cover and three men covered in red dye and wearing only their underwear were found in the hot tub early Sunday morning. The owner of the residence called the Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office. He chased the individuals west of the residence, located in the 500 block of Garfield Street North.
