Hello my name is Shaun Casey and i am the Canadian national sales manager for AquaFinesse. I have been in the pool and spa business for over 15 years including senior management positions with Beachcomber, D1 and Hydropool. In my tenure I have also owned my own retail store.

I am lucky enough to be part of AquaFinesse in charge of sales in Canada.

Shawn,  I've been using your product for the past 2 months on my new Jacuzzi j365 and so far I'm very happy with it.  I took a sample of my water into my dealer and the pH was really high.  I added some dry acid to bring it back in line.  Any ideas of what caused this with your product?
