Title: Hear relays click but motors won't start

Coast mountain hot tub

Cyprus model 2003

Everything is wired up properly with 3 wire to the GFI per mark in cabinet

Control board will power up, it senses and shows the temp of the water and you can adjust the temp

When I push start for recirculating panel and jets to run you can hear relays clicking on  but neither motor starts.

I check 3 fuses on board and all test okay

Any suggestions ?

Has it ever worked properly at it's current location?

Only a voltmeter can tell you what is happening, either the spa is not getting proper voltage, the board may not be suppling voltage to the pump, the pump is getting voltage so it is bad or there is a connection issue between the pump and board.

My guess is the spa is not getting 240V.

success. turned out the main breaker was not bridging the buss bars for 220v. was only getting 110. thanks for the help.
