Title: Do you still use instant messengers

I've noticed I don't use them anymore, just wondering since so many websites let you list them.

I do...But we (Roberts Hot Tubs) use it company wide. It's frequently easier and quicker than an email or phone call.

Gmail chat - integrated and easy.  Never sign in to AOL anymore.  As as Doc says, we actually use MSN at work as a real tool.
