After splitting up with your S.O. and starting to date again  ;)

HEY! Shouldn't you have had that hot tub set up and ready to go BEFORE the 5k run??

It was ready to go, but I find the tub too draining to use before a race.

Congrats on your 5k, i am also a runner and i love my spa! there is nothing better after a run than getting in my COLD TUB, I met a company called Atera AnyTemp Spas at the P.F Changs marathon registration in Phoenix. They were there promoting their Hot and Cold Spa to athletes and runners. As i already knew the benifits of Cold Plunge from my high school days in the trainers office with my ankles and knees in 62 degree water before and after runs. This is at home therapy, most of the time i keep my spa hott, but after a big run i set it cold so that i can get the benifits of the muscle rehab and rejuvination. Its amazing what you can actually accomplish at home.

You should check that tub out its COLD and HOT Spa called Atera Spas

Wow, I just saw you latest recorded weight loss. Congrats. I'm sure you're feeling better, sleeping better, more energetic, etc.

Keep it up.
