Title: C.E.C. Electrical Standards

Does anyone know if the C.E.C. standards are being enforced.  Several companies are still selling in Ca.  Diamonte, L.A. Spas ect.

What is the issue with those brands and CEC?

I don't think there is any enforcement provided in the regulation.

There actually is enforcement/fine in the regulation. Enforcement dont go into effect until Jan 2010, so you should be fine till then.
