Title: spa lifter replacement parts

The brackets attaching our Cover Butler lifter to the deck snapped during a big windstorm that blew our cover open and tried to send it flying.  I need to get some replacement brackets but don't know where to look.  Hoping to avoid buying an entirely new lifter (and will resort to Gorilla Glue as necessary).  Any ideas where to find spare parts?

The best thing you can do is go and see your dealer and ask if he has any spare parts. I believe Leisure Concepts will sell individual parts to the dealer, but sometimes it is more cost effective for the customer to get a whole new lifter.

Call the manufacturer at (760) 940-1998, they will send you replacements. I believe it has a lifetime warrenty,  not sure in your case, though.
