...I bought it offa E-Bay.  I've been trying to get the thing runnin' for a year and a half.  The dealer and the manufacturer both went out of bidness and I'm havin' a tough time wif this thing.  It's a Belinda Spa and it's really nice...can you guys help me out?"

Yes sir, we will give you a $400 credit towards the purchase of a new HotSpring Spa and dispose of your current spa for free.

"Hmmmm.....only $400?  It's brand new and really nice...I just want it to work."
