Title: Sundance Capri
Post by: lovinmylab on July 15, 2008, 04:38:12 pm
I am looking to purchase the Sundance Capri.  Can everyone tell me what they have paid.  I have been quoted $7900 with stairs, cover, lift, ozone.

Thanx in advance for the help

No info on the Capri?  I know a 2 person is not that popular but is $7900 fair?

WOW $8000 for a 2 seater?  I would not pay that...  Unless space is your limit, you can get much nicer than that for 8 grand.

Would love to hear suggestions.  We want a 2 seater with 2 lounge chairs.  D1 Dupree is $11K.  Sundance seems like the spa with the best reviews and offers the Capri

Sundance and D1 are quality brands but if you're not seeing what you want with them there are other premium spas just as good. If you find a need to look elsewhere check out Arctic, Caldera, Hot Spring, Jacuzzi and Marquis to name a few.

The Sundance Capri is one of the 880 series spas which are their top of the line with the best components and latest technology.  Its in the same line as the Maxxus, Optima and Cameo...just smaller.  You can shop around but $8000 probably isn't a terrible price for that particular spa.

I believe Coast makes a two-lounger as well (we started with Coast; long story)

Anyone elso know of a 2 person lounger?  The response of "NO" to the fair price gives me no information.  Did you pay more?  Is the price more than your Sundance dealer?

Anyone else have issues with water loss in a 2 or 3 seater?  We just like the compact size and it seems that the Sundance Capri has many more features than others mentioned.  Appreciate the thoughts.

Per the suggestions on the forum, I looked at Jacuzzi.

What is everyone paying for the J-315?

No prices on the Jacuzzi J-315?  I did a wet test over the weekend and was quoted $5250 with matching steps, covermate, and ozone.  Any thoughts?

The J-315 should be around 5 to 6 grand depending where you are, so I would say your price was a fair one!

I just bought a Sundance Certa for 6200 including steps, cover and lifter, delivered to Cedar City from ST. George., Utah. We were quoted 7800 for an Altamar complete as above. Nordic62
