This seems like a crazy notion, but there are some websites that talk about using your spa for exercise AND relaxation.
Does anyone here exercise in their tub? What do you do?
PS: G-rated only, please!

I swim laps.;D
Nope...I just relax, maybe a few stretches now and then. Well, this one at band camp...:o

Good question Snoopy,
Yes, my wife and I stretch and excercise in our spa. We use the heavy elastic band work out things with two handles. We have a several different ones. They are different lengths and thicknesses.
Most of the time we just relax but when we are in the mood they give us a great workout. Having two stainless steel handles in our Sundance Cameo makes hooking them up really easy! We can also double them up for more resistance.
Does someone in this thread play the flute? ;D
Have fun......Sean

Haven't heard anyone on this site that has a swim spa, those look pretty good. Although some look look better for swimming then others.

I attended a seminar about arthritis sponsored by our local hospital. Warm water exercise was a highly recommended therapy. My Epic is large enough that I can exercise and every time I soak, I make a point to give my knees a good workout. I know that I have strengthened my leg muscles and it has really helped my "bad" knee.
If you are exercising because of arthritis, I will tell you the tub, both for soaking and exercising, (and losing 30 bs.) made a huge difference for me. Everything that they told me to do at that seminar, I did and I feel better than I have in about 10 years! ;)
