My wife always gets mad at me because I go at night when she is sleeping. She is concerned that this is dangerous. Besides the obvious that a bathtub can be dangerous am I missing anything?

WE've discussed this before, but I believe most agree that it is best to either soak with someone or at least have someone available if you are alone in the tub. This is especially true if you have any kind of health condition...besides you never know when you might be attacked by a fox or wild muskrat looking for a warm place to swim! :)

I used to tub alone all the time after work with a wine cooler and cigar. Probably not the best, since I would nearly fall asleep.
I would worry more if she starts tubbing alone, and getting cozy with the jets ;) ;D ;D :o

If I didn't tub alone, I'd only use my tub half the time.

Is it safe to drive to work? Not on I-270 on the north side of Columbus, Ohio, but I do it every day and most people survive it. I have a pretty good reason not to tub alone, but I do it anyway. Not often, but on occasion.

Tubbing alone can be dangeous if you have serious medical problems. I tub alone all the time. Before buying the tub I asked my Doctor if I can use a tub due me being overweight - he said yes.
Like Bill said - other persuits in life are dangerous as well, even simple things.
Relax, enjoy and sometimes tubbing alone is a wonderful thing.
