That is the infamous traveling spa show from Master. It has been covered on this website numerous times. They come to town, sell a few spas and you'll not hear from them again. Their advertising will lead you to believe its multiple spa manufacturers but it is only them. After the sale you're on your own. There are better choices out there plus you really want to buy from someone who will be in town still 2 weeks later.
BTW, if you're not convinced it’s the Master traveling shell game; take a look at the pictures on their poster. Not take a look at this picture on the Master website. Same setting.

So who do you blame...Master Spas or the people buying them in that environment? :-?

I say we put the blame on both. On the one hand, Master is less than up front about their shows both in their advertising to get you there and what they tell you when you're there (I've been to one and gone through the motions to get the presentation). On the other hand, this isn't like buying a 12 pack of beer and finding you don't like the taste. Customers should be savvy enough to ask the right questions and run away before plunking down thousands of dollars. I'll go 60/40 on the blame game.
