Title: moving

Will be moving hot tub from Maryland (on a wood deck) to Florida (on concrete covered patio).  Is there any reason to/not to elevate the tub on the concrete?

You should be fine sitting the spa directly on the concrete.  Just make sure the patio doesn't have a dip that would hold water under the spa.  If it does, you may want to level out the dip.

I've always had my spas on a concrete deck and never had an issue.  Good luck in Florida.  I guess right now is a buyer's market down there.
