Title: Question for you Jacuzzi Brand experts
Post by: solo on November 25, 2007, 08:43:26 pm
Still loving my J-365, of course, I've only owned it for a month or so.  I'd say I'm still in the "honeymoon" phase with the tub.

I do have a questipon that I forgot to ask my dealer.  My favorite jets in the tub are the "whirley" jets that go around in a circle and hit your lower back.  Would it be possible to add more of these?  As in, to replace a non whirley type jet with a whirley jet?

Solo, I believe that the LX jets(swirly) are interchangable with either the MX or FX2 jets. I can't remember which but I'm pretty sure it's one of them.

There is a new jet being introduced next week that is just what you are looking for.  I have had the prototypes and they are incredible.  It is a verison of the RX jet that is in the 400 series.  It will retrofit in to 06-07 jacuzzi hot tubs.  It will fit in to your 365 and all other 300 series.

When these get released, please post again to this post or send me a PM.

Thanks!

Micah, keep me posted as well. I also have a J365, and like Solo I like the LX jets the best. I sent email to Jacuzzi customer service to see if the LX jets could replace the MX jets and they stated no - I thought I had read before that they could, but I'm not sure what would be involved.
