Title: Grand Bahama question

Okay guys, my tub was delivered yesterday, before I call the dealer & seem like an idiot is this something I'm not doing right.  The biggest circle jet (that's on the back of the seat by itself) with LOTS of little jet holes inside it - nothing is coming out.  One of the neck jet seats has very little pressure coming out of the shoulder jets.  Lastly only some of the recliner jets are working.  Sorry to be such a pain ALREADY, but THANKS for any help you can give me!!  Oh yeah does pump 2 only control one seat?

Your manual should lay it out for you...if you don't have one, I found it online by googling "Artesian Spa Manuals".  I'm guessing that it is a diverter valve position issue...good luck and congrats on the new spa!!

Most of ours came closed too and we had to open them up.  Just spin the outside of them.
