Woulda, shoulda, coulda.  Oh well... they had to play a perfect game to win, and came up short.  If nothing else, it at least shows that they can play good football.  Gives us some hope that they can make a run down the stretch and get into the playoffs.

I posted that before the end of the game..and was really convinced the Eagles could pull off the upset. I think more than anything, the message is clear....the team functions so much better without McNabb...If the coach still wants to stick by him, then maybe they BOTH need to find another nest!  ;)

Heading up to the Flyers game tonight..hopefully, they will fare better than the Eagles ;)

Orange 'n black are playing well this year.  They'll give us something worth watching this year when football ends.

Put the game on when I got home last night, and it was 5-2.  Decided you were to blame and turned it off.  :D  Oh well....  April is a long way off.

YES I was to blame...This was a school trip. My youngest was singing in a Flyer's sponsored event..which they actually won. The trophy was nice and they did a special recognition for the kids...BUT the seats were at the very very top of the Wicovia Center. I am terrified of heights so it was a nightmare for me...and watching those little teeny tiny figures skating around...I laughed at the binoculars that you could rent that were hidden under the seats.  So... lousy seats, lousy game...lousy weather. I never was a hockey fan... :-/ glad this event is over!

Speaking of hockey, people here are using the P word for the first time ever.  PLAYOFFS.  This is as late in the season as we were still in the race!   ;D

I haven't followd pro hockey for some time now.  Did they change the rules?  Seems at one time, at least, everyone got in the playoffs but a couple teams.
