Title: Head pillows sticky?

Does anyone know what would cause the pillows on my spa to become almost like tar on the outside of them.
If you touch them it leaves a black sticky goo on you just as if you had got tar on your skin.

Tar would do that.

Do you think this is the pillow breaking down,  a reacttion to chems you are using, or some residue left by someone's hair products?

What chemicals and products are being added to your water?

Do you use Baqua Spa?  Sounds like the dreaded Baqua scum problem
