Title: Sweetwater Pillow Speakers

I was just checking online to find some new pillows for my Bahia and I found that I could add speakers if I change out the pillows.  http://www.spaandpoolsource.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=11303 It looks like the mount might be a little different.  Has anyone put these pillow speakers on a Bahia?  If so what parts would I need to add them?  Would any drilling be required?
