Title: Interesting error in my SPA (hot tub) - Getting FL2 SPA
Post by: talh on August 15, 2018, 04:04:39 pm
Hello

I own a SWEETWATER Palermo 2004 SPA
i recently getting the following errors:
#1- FL2 flushing. it is not happening every time. most of the time, it happens on the following scenario:
    a. putting temp to high temperature, letting the hot tub heat it itself
    b. when the hot tub reaches the temp bar, the heater stops
    c. when water cools, that should trigger the heater to rework - it is then - generate the error => FL2 Flushing

the SPA has a small pump (not the 2 pumps of  jets) - that generates bubbles 24/7.
this pump stops, the moment the Error Shows.
the jets are working (when i enable them), even if the error resides...

when i decrease the temp to below the level for the heater to re enable => then the error disappears - and the small pump re initiate itself

Also - the temp sensor looks like giving the correct temp call - checked it with my kitchen temp sensor. the gap is 2.5 degrees (Fahrenheit)

#2 - from time to time, my external breaker trips. i dont have a detailed use case of when it does. it might happen together with the failure above - but i dont know for sure....

Any clues?

Thanks
