I do feel my price savings was worth it from the new dealer because the established 8-store dealer did not have good reviews for service, at least from the closest store to (45 mins w/o Bay Area traffic). So, being fixed on wanting a Bullfrog, there was no option for a dealer with a good service history/ reputation.
Maybe many hot tub stores in general do not worry about return customers, referrals, or poor social media reviews. Kind of like Solar installation companies.

I drained, refilled and changed over to chlorine sanitization from bromine about 6 weeks ago and all is great. No more skin sensitivity for my wife at all.

I am very happy with my Bullfrog hot tub. I am very disappointed in the complete lack of customer service from Bullfrog corporate to even-return-an-inquiry to me, ever.
I am very curious if you have gotten responses from Bullfrog when you have either left a voicemail message or when you have sent a message via Bullfrog's website messaging page. Personally, I have never been gotten back to via either method, period. Before I purchased my 2023 Bullfrog A6L Select 1/6/24 (date I gave the dealer full cash payment), I sent several questions directly to Bullfrog (both phone and web msg.) in research mode trying to confirm my leaning toward purchasing a Bullfrog brand tub. Crickets. After my purchase, I sent a few more inquiries directly to Bullfrog, even giving my serial number, date of purchase, and dealer. Still zero response to either method.
Unfortunately for me, the brand-new Bullfrog dealer I purchased from, is just as bad. I read all the posts saying that dealership choice was as important as hot tub brand. I could see that a known good dealer was important, maybe not 'just as important' as the brand, but significant. I balanced trusting a new dealer who gave me a price thousands less than the very large other dealer in my area. The large dealer, with 8 stores, got many bad reviews on various sites. They had experience, but not a record of follow through with their customers. After getting the great price quote from the new dealer, I wanted to see if the internet rep for the large would match the price. They just strung me along disingenuously, even lying to me. So the big experienced Bullfrog dealer had a poor reputation. Being impressed with the Quality of what I had read on Bullfrog, there was no 'trusted' Bullfrog dealer options, unless I was willing to look into dealers maybe 6+ hours away, which I did not.

I've got the NeckEase JetPak and it's been awesome for me. Can't compare to the NeckPlus, but the NeckEase feels strong enough, especially if you only got two JetPaks. Haven't had any issues with water spraying out where it shouldn't, but I guess it depends on how you position yourself. As for the back, the DeepRelief JetPak is my go-to for some serious relaxation. Your A6L sounds like it's gonna be a dream with all those packs! Enjoy it when it arrives!
@Sean Lawrence , What Bullfrog model and trim level do you have? If you have three JetPaks, what is your third? Do you have one or two Jet pumps? Do you have the separate Circulation pump (I don't). Do you have either the EOS or Wellspring Ozone System? Our 2023 A6L Select has two Jet Pumps, 4 JetPaks, EOS ozone system. I love the Bullfrog hot tub. Both Bullfrog and my dealer get zero stars out of five because neither returns calls or emails. Unbelievable.

They changed the corner radius to a smaller radius and accidentally gave you the cover for the old larger radius. That's all. Tell your dealer this. They redesigned the spas last year and though they kept the overall sizes the same, they made the radius smaller.
@Sam , Thank you for the reply. I know that Bullfrog changed the 2023 A Series to the smaller corner radius on the hot tub. For 2023, the X Series keeps the same larger corner radius. Do you know for a fact that Bullfrog revised the A Series 'Covers' to match the new smaller corner radius, or are you making that assumption? Please, no offense meant, I am trying to find that answer here from an owner or Bullfrog dealer because calls and emails to both Bullfrog directly and my dealer have not been returned. Do you have a 2023 A series and can confirm your cover has the smaller corner radius to match the redesigned 2023 A Series shell? Thanks again for being the only response I have heard from anyone in my quest to get this question answered. I may have to make the one-hour drive with my cover to my dealer in hopes he has a cover that actually matches my A6 Select hot tub.

When I got my new 2023 Bullfrog hot tub delivered 2/2/24, I set it up as a Bromine tub. I did all the right things and was very particular about keeping the bromine levels in range. But my wife had a strong skin sensitivity issue to the bromine. After an hour or so, she started getting red ski, by bedtime she had a rash and bumps on her torso. Th eitching kept her awake all night. It took a few days to go away. I did another AHH!Some purge, drained and refilled the tub, and set it up as a chlorine tub. Now my wife has ZERO skin sensitivity in our chlorine tub, even if the FC is a ppm or two above the recommended range.
So bottom line, I'd say that Bromine would cause more, not less skin irritation issues. I'd say you may have some bad stuff hiding in your plumbing as CanadianSpaTech suggests (he knows his stuff!).
