Yeah but its not all about snowmobiles and snow angels. Its also about stepping in a puddle of slush, falling on ice, having the inside of you nose freeze, not feeling your feet... if only winter was 2 months long!

I have been able to plow a path to the lake with my 4 wheeler but...............I got to the shed and it's like 5 feet deep so I have to drive to the landing to get on the lake to fish. And I can't plow close to that much with my wheeler, no place to push it. That one little storm messed it all up. Here we find it very funny how a devastating storm hits the east coast with up to 6 inches of snow. Hell we get a foot and it's business as usual. That last one was 22 inches and we had one in early December that was 30" And about 8-10 in between that ranged from 6 to 12 inches. Nary a mention on any national news. We's hardy.

Depends where on the east coast you're talking about because Syracuse where I'm form is always at or near #1 for snowfall for US cities (with maybe 50k people) as you'll see when you Google it and look at any of the lists shown. Minnesota gets plenty to I'm sure but you're more known for the colder low temps. I'm not sure which is worse, to be the snow king or the freezer king.

Wish I had a fork lift.

I don't think a forklift would get around very good in the snow...And they don't have heaters! ;D

I've seen it over 90 a few times here but mostly 70-85 in Aug. We still have a fair amount of snow here and there. We don't get many winters like this. Always cold not always a lot of snow. Had both......

Yea Thursday for us another 8-12 inches but the sun is high now so it kills it off quick. Got a path shoveled to my deck chairs so I'm good.

A blower on a boat. Hmmmmm not sure it's real good for sneaking up on walleyes but I bet it can empty a fuel tank fast. My E-Tech 115 sucks it fast enough. I keep my boat on a lift with no fuel on the lake so I have to haul gas cans. Imagine hauling gas cans for your super charger.......

How many lives wells does your boat have?......LOL

Yeah....not really the best fishing boat for sure! This thing holds 150 gallons and good thing it does...twin 1250 cfm Demon carbs fueling 555 Cubic Inches W/ 1000HP at an average rpm range of 5200 at cruise and 6900 WOT...Do the math...very ugly fuel consumption for sure. But the fun factor is there. It's a good thing I tow and can pull up to the pumps.

Ice went off the lake on Tuesday. Got the boat out of storage on Saturday. Docks and lifts going in the water this Saturday.
