Title: Recommended Nordic dealer in Colorado?
Post by: betsbillabong on July 10, 2020, 09:52:43 pm
Hi all!

I am just outside Boulder, Colorado (Louisville) and am looking for a Nordic hot tub, either a Retreat or a Crown II I think.

IHT Hot Tubs seems to be the biggest dealer around here, but honestly they have only 6 months of free service calls, which seems really short. Their price I think is okay - $6150 for a Retreat MS with cedar cabinet.

Can anyone recommend a great Nordic hot tub dealer in the Front Range?

Thanks!

How close do you live to there business?  6 months of free callouts isn't bad.  You could probably negotiate a year

Huh, good to know. Thanks! I thought I had read three years was normal, and some extended it to five!

They are about seven miles from my new house. I didn't realize this service time could be negotiable.

3-6 months is pretty much industry standard

3-6 months is pretty much industry standard for free trip charges

Warranty on tub is 3 years. The fee they are talking about is a trip charge under warranty

Thanks, hottubguy. Yes, I realize it's a trip fee, for some reason I thought most people had 3-5 years. If 3-6 months is standard, then 6 months sounds good and it sounds like it's a decent dealer.

I typically do 6 months to a year nowadays depending on tub.  Nordics for me would be the 6 month range.
