Hello all,
After some help please, iv had my spa for just over 3years and started experiencing this problem around 6months into ownership.

My tub has 2 jet buttons my thinking is you should be able to run jet 1 independently of jet 2 and the other way round. However I can run jet 1 on low or high mode on its own with jet 2 been turned off. But as soon as I press jet 2, jet 1 runs in low mode like the spa is trying to gain heat pr it's filtering?

So I turn my heat down and try again yet still the same problem so the spa is clearly not trying to heat up. Also my spa has 2 filters set to 2 hours each in the middle of the night so why would it be trying to filter?

I contacted my dealer and they have fitted a new PCB board but I still have the issue, I contacted them again and they say that they have contacted maxx spas and they've said its not right but there in arizona so it's difficult.

Please can anyone advise

Could be a lack of the proper amps on the service circuit?
