Title: Jetpak knobs won't stay put

They keep floating off -- then when I put them back on to try to adjust the dial, it takes a while to find the right position to get it to 'catch' so it has enough friction to turn.

Any advice?  I'm guessing the plastic has just worn on the knob and it's simply a failure point, but am open to workarounds ..

Reach out to your dealer for this.  Would be a warranty issue.  I don't see it a lot but have had a couple with this issue.  They always take care of it under warranty though.
