Title: refilled tub and water is too hard, now what?

Hi, i just refilled my tub and everything is looking good except the hardness of the water.  Ph and Alkanility is ok.  What is the easiest way to lower the water hardness?

To answer your question, the only way to affect "hard" water... is to refill, and fill partially from a softener.  I fill mine 50/50.  If you do not want to refill right away, use a stain/scale product like Defender.  You should also run the pH and alk on the low end, to counter the calcium.  I run my pH at 7.2, and the alk at 60.
