Title: help help cant get hot tub to work

i hope someone can help me with this i have an older calspa .just had a new board and topside control installed .nothing is working on top side control the back lite is lit .and its showing a partial display but nothing happins when i try pressing any buttons ????

Some boards have DIP switches, maybe these are not set correctly for your tub? If you have the old board check to match the switch positions.
